Dr. Talat Bessissow, McGill University
Dr. Vipul Jairath, University of Western Ontario

Purpose

The aim of this study is to determine if clinical and radiologic variables are associated with fistula closure after initiating treatment with anti-TNF therapy. In so doing we aim to derive and validate an MRI-based predictive model to predict fistula.

Study Design

Multi-centre retrospective observational study. Patients will be identified by a search of institutional clinical databases and/or radiology databases from January 1, 2002 and July 1, 2020.
